The sidebar of the chains is made of medium-high carbon steel to prevent the elongation of the holes. Holes of the sidebar are punched and broached for full bearing through the hole thickness of the sidebar for correct fitting. Pins are made from alloy steel and properly heat treated. Bushes are manufactured from alloy steel and case hardened. Rollers are accurately manufactured and case hardened for long life.
